We were at the beach every day and my kids could easily walk to town.

Loved the location! Upstairs room is too hot to be slept in so all three of my kids slept in the downstairs room. Beach toys were great! Only had two rolls of toilet paper in the house, no trash bags and no laundry detergent so that was kind of annoying but I just bought some and left them at the house.
