Spacious and simple.

Further from town than anticipated, it’s walkable but not what expected. Flip side is the beach is just two blocks away and beautiful. The house itself was ok, beds could do with updating, couches not very comfortable when you want to relax at night after being out all day. AC only in bedrooms, house was like a glass hothouse when we arrived but with some strategic windows/doors open at night and closed up in the day we got it to regulate to a comfortable temperature after a couple of days. All amenities needed were provided from beach chairs / umbrella etc through to a thoughtful supply of fruit and kitchen essentials. Cleanliness was acceptable, parking and entry was easy. Quiet at night too. The outdoor space was ok, outdoor shower was great however the yard isn’t very private with two houses directly looking down into it.
