Great Location, Could you some updating of interior

The property is older and could use refurbishment. Tiles in the bathroom could be replaced. You need to know that there is no air conditioning which is quite common on Hanalei, but I would prefer to have some. There are plenty of fans though, and windows open easily. The location is great with an easy walk across the yard to the beach. It is a large lot with 3 other houses on it, so if they are filled with a lot of people your privacy is not ideal. Overall, if location is most important this will work, but it is not luxurious.
