Great Location

The place was clean except for a few kitchen items but that was no big deal. With no air conditioning the place was damp with the amount of rain Kauai has had. The family room furniture is very uncomfortable, I believe its actually outdoor furniture. the place needs a little TLC. We had trouble with mosquitos inside the house some of the window screens had holes and some didn’t work at all. Beach chairs and boogie boards were great. The outdoor pool area and parking lot needs help We never used the pool it looked a little dirty and not welcoming at all.
