Great Customer Service, hope to come soon!

Unfortunately our plans changed and we were unable to come visit but we plan to visit as soon as we can. The place looked amazing and we were looking forward to being able to stay in Princeville. Kira at Beach and Bluff did a wonderful job explaining our options for changing or cancelling our trip. She was very professional and kind. Really great customer service! Thank you!!
