Located in Sandpiper at Princeville, Tessie's Place belongs to my friend Terri. She has graced this studio with Hawaiiana charm & convenience. This is the best deal in Princeville! |

There is a prep area with a small fridge, microwave, toaster, blender, electric skillet, dishes, etc., & coffee maker.
Sandpiper also has a great pool area with a jacuzzi & BBQ area with 2 nice gas grills for your use. There are tables, chairs and vending machines at the pool. |
| There is a comfy area to discuss the albatros you saw on your walk in Princeville, the horses at Anini, the flowers just outside Tessie's Place, or enjoy a little TV at night. A super comfortable king bed greets you at night. |  |

This clean and well maintained studio is a great place to explore all that the North Shore & Kauai have to offer with out stressing.
Located close to Princeville's many walk ways, some take you down to beautiful beaches and all have heart stopping scenery that the movie folks all clamor for. After exploring Hanalei, Tunnels, Kalihiwai, Anini, Ha'ena & relaxing on the beach, or getting a massage at the spa, you'll be singing in the shower each day! See some of the pictures below.
