House Rules

We have a few house rules for the safety and convenience of our guests. Please follow the rules. Some items* you may be charged for if not followed, but we know this is very unlikely.

Shoes stay outside in all Hawaiian homes. Please respect our tradition.

Do not sit or lay on indoor furniture in wet bathing suites or with wet hair from the beach. The salt ruins the fabric.

Be considerate of the neighbors. Sound carries much louder and further in our environment. Quiet after 10PM, please!

Smoking and animals outside only. Leave no cigarette refuse in the yard.

If you borrowed something from another house, return it as soon as you are done with it. Make sure it is returned to that house before you leave. Very importnat for guests staying in more than 1 house.*

Prior to checking out,

*take out trash, return any rearranged furniture to original position, leave no dirty dishes or cooking utensils.* Make sure you have everything of yours from the house and laundry. Turn off fans and lights. Put entry key back in lock box.*
